Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days before being carefully packed and sent on their way.

We currently ship throughout Australia, with international shipping to be introduced over time.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details.

Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong aromas.

Reseal the packaging after each use to help preserve freshness.


How long will my tea stay fresh?

For the best flavour and aroma, we recommend enjoying your tea within the suggested period shown on the packaging.
